The museum is always interested in examining items of historical importance, especially and specifically those items and documents that relate to the city of Dunkirk.

We welcome photographs and postcards of the city and its inhabitants, as well as ephemera (pamphlets and brochures relating to old businesses, business advertising material, old menus, business cards, for example) and documents of importance such as letters.

We are also interested in genealogies relevant to local families.

We would ask you to stop in our museum during its hours of operation with your material or to contact us to arrange for some time or place where your donation could be handed over.

You will be asked to fill out a Donation Form indicating your item is being signed over to the museum. You may find this form attached here so that you might fill out the items you wish to donate before arriving at the museum. Any information you might provide about your items would be appreciated.
